Once the required information is submitted, the product key will be sent via email to the registered email ID.

How do I proceed to retrieve lost Product Key?

1. Open a web browser and type www.quickheal.com/lost in the address bar.
2. Enter the registered Email ID which you have used at the time of registering Quick Heal software.
3. Click on Submit button to submit the request.
4. Check the registered email ID for an email from Quick Heal which contains the retrieved Product Key on the basis of provided details.

Note: In case of any failure in retreival of Product Key, kindly drop an email to support@quickheal.com with a scanned invoice copy and batch number of the purchased Quick Heal product so that our team can help in retrieving the product key.
